“Very great hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My husband forgot the walllet on hotel bike and the staff returned it to us!! Beautiful villa, comfortable living and the breakfast is delicious.”

“Room is clean and staff are nice and polite. ”

“The swell villa was really beautiful, well equipped and clean. We relaxed there for 2 days after a lot of travelling around Indonesia. The restaurant is excellent and f&b generally very good indeed. The staff are clearly well knitted team and knew what they were doing. The setting for the restaurant is very pretty. They do need to do something with housekeeping. The turn down service did not do much. We did get the pool cleaned as on arrival it was cloudy. We asked for daily pool……

“Perfect place to hide away and relax ”

“The property itself is beautiful. We stayed in the adults only lagoon. The day we got there they had emptied the lagoon and were filling it back up so we only got to swim in it the one day. The 4 star review is because of this, the staff when we got there really didn’t care and didn’t offer us anything, just expected us to suck it up even though we paid extra for that room. On Gill T the only way to get back and forth from the harbour with luggage is by the horses. It sounds cute but it is not!……

“great service and facilities; everthing is great, except the beach is just so so.”

“Tolles Hotel! Super Service! Sehr persönlich! Traumhafte Zimmer und wunderschöner Pool.”

“Great location, rooms are a great size and clean. Breakfast is amazing and the team are truly wonderful. Pools are a great size. Just needs a gym to complete the package.”

“This is definitely our favorite place in Gili Air, such a paradise and every staff is so helpful and friendly. ”

“We spent three nights at Divino Gili Air, and our only regret was not staying longer! We had an absolutely amazing experience, from the incredibly polite and kind service to the beautiful location. The restaurant, pool area, and our hotel room were all lovely and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also really enjoyed the spa treatment. The prices were very reasonable and comparable to those at other hotels on the……
