“The accommodation and facilities, along with the very helpful staff was excellent. We stayed at the venue for 5 days in total and can honestly say we would stay there again and again. The roon with its private pool and ouside shower / bathroom was exactly as described. There was a wedding next door to the hotel which was an interesting addition, which although loud celebrations, was something we are unlikely to experience again, and we were also welocomed by the locals with open arms. “The hotel is in a quiet sector so if you’re looking to dining outside, you’ll need a car or a scooter, which you can rent directly at the reception (IDR 100000/day). The room was nice even though the terrace was enjoyable after sunset due to mosquitos ! Breakfast was really nice. Lots of options and very friendly staff at the restaurant. They offer different “themes”, like BBQ night, pasta night to mention some of them. Imam was very helpful and welcomed us with a very big smile every time.……

“上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。 ”

“Stunning views, weak on privacy and upkeep Two nights as a solo traveller at a premium rate. The view is spectacular, the bathroom excellent, and I liked the free use of a bicycle and quad bike to reach the private beach. Breakfast is included; dinner is pricey at around 30 euros a head. My main issue: staff entered my occupied room twice without permission. The first time the front desk knew I was inside, as I had just checked in. I had headphones on and did not hear the knock, but no answer……

“优点：整体来说还是不错的，虽然客房距离酒店大堂有点距离，但是可以使用房间内的手机通过WhatsApp联络酒店方，但是似乎没有给手机卡缴费，出了酒店这部手机就不能使用网络了。 缺点：酒店在山上，下到海滩需要走半个小时的山路，路有些颠簸和急转弯，会晕车。周围其实没啥好玩的，酒店也没提供半日游玩一日游玩的介绍。并且，酒店提供的食品和包车服务比外面会贵不少。”

“Posto molto bello, strutture in bamboo magnifiche. Purtroppo non sapevamo della presenza delle scimmie, che hanno un po’ influenzato il nostro soggiorno. Nulla da dire, è il loro habitat, ma ce n’erano molte e siamo stati per lo più chiusi nella stanza per evitarle. Servizio navetta per aeroporto costoso rispetto alla media.”

“The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue bird or gojet. I do not have a choice to accept it. It is the place i would never recommend and visit again.”

“Das Zimmer war schön groß & sauber und wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf den Pool! Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Die Anlage war insgesamt sehr gepflegt und modern. Wir würden immer wieder kommen :) & das Gym war auch supi, es hatte ziemlich alles was man braucht.”

“The villa is part of a group of villas. It's extremely well located in Kuta town. Still quiet location of the main strip of busy restaurants. Minutes to the beach. We used the mini pool everyday, multiple times as it was a great way to cool off. Great designed property architecture wise and the interior design is very well thought through. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious and would recommend.”

“Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there ”
