“We enjoyed a very nice weekend at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The setting is unique in that it is remote and provides a nice pond for fishing. The owner was very nice and helpful. There were plenty of activities in the surrounding towns. Looking forward to a return trip.”

“I grew up in Longview and now live in Austin. This is absolutely my favorite place to stay when I return to town to visit friends and family. Ice cream shop, brewery, restaurants all within a few steps outside the door. What more could you ask for?”

“There is some vagueness in the property listing about the size and usage of the property. The property manager greeted me upon arrival and was friendly and helpful. He advised us that the lower and larger pond is a private waters club lake and was off limits. We had full access to one large pond and a smaller pond each of which containing all you can catch 1/4-2lb bass. We checked in at 4pm on a friday with great weather caught atleast 30 bass in two hours time. On saturday it rained allday, but……
