“Convenient location, with designated parking and no stairs.”

“We had a disabled room which was quite large. The bed mattress was quite firm & very good. The bathroom was huge. The shower door was in 4 parts & folded flat against the wall. The kitchen was well stocked & the motel hallways were wide so if you did have a wheelchair (we didn't), it would be no hassle. The motel was very quiet but noise came through the windows from the idiots revving & carrying on in their souped up cars all night. Was the most pleasant room in a motel we have stayed. Didnt……

“Sorry the Motel was below standard, The family room was like a car garage with three beds no TV , no window , the beds was very ordinary , The price for garage was highly priced , will never stay there or recommend to friends. Only positive comment was that the property was close to the hockey fields. Also property very noisy during the night .”

“Our stay in Gladstone was disappointing overall. The after-hours check-in process was complicated and not clearly communicated, which made arrival stressful. Unfortunately, the room itself was not well maintained, with a ripped chair and used dental floss left on the bathroom floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness. This property needs better attention to detail and housekeeping standards to meet basic guest expectations.”

“If I could give no stars I would. Do not stay here as it is a health hazard. If you need a place to stay then sleep iin your car and if you don’t have a car, choose a bus stop, it will be cleaner. Upon arrival, to get the key. had to ring a phone number, no one on site to help. In room it was absolute filthy, with blood on floor, pubic hairs & in general terrible condition as was all of the outside areas. People talk outside the room from 4am We did not feel safe and did not sleep. Towels smelt……

“Stayed for three nights with no WiFi, and the issue wasn’t fixed even after speaking to the front desk. On the last night at 1:30 am, there was an emergency evacuation announcement — it was quite scary.”
