「This is a difficult review to write because the property itself had a lot of charm, and the neighborhood was fantastic. But that’s not enough to deal with roaches.

「AI Filters are being used in the advertisement. The wood is rotted and the building is quite old/delipidated . The electricity kept going off upstairs due to bad wiring. So it was very hot and unable to be cooled down. Some outlets worked some did not. The dishes had caked on dirt.」

「I admit that I misread the option because I thought I got a 2 bed room. However, the room had to be changed because there's no elevators. I couldn't do steps. When we walked into the room the thermostat was set at 80° and took quite awhile to cool down. Also, I didn't know prior to check-in that there would be $100 security deposit. Should be posted or stated when making the reservation.」

「Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled.
Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...
