“订的海景房，到了并没有给海景房，飞了一夜也懒得争辩了。已经入住，订的两卧只有三间卧室的房型了，服务人员交代别去第三间，我们认可后几分钟，在已经入住的情况下没有敲门直接进来一个服务员在第三间房上挂了禁入的牌子。感觉不被尊重。”

“A perfect location for you to go around the heart of Cairns... you can walk and shop around Cairns easily... those kitchen stuffs are a bit old or even damaged... if you would like to cook by yourself, it may bring you trouble... however, they have barbecue equipment prepared next to swimming pool for you to cook, I enjoyed this which is good and relax... overall is a good... PS: only a remark that my room is so-called ocean view but indeed this is highly affected by which room they offered……

“Great place - I would definitely stay here again, right in the heart of Palm Cove. Only downside was heater in pool was not working the second week of my stay, though I know they were trying to get it fixed - I'm sure it's good by now. Beautiful grounds, loved the balconey, the "library", laundry. Even provided a rack for drying clothes and an umbrella in my unit. Great place!”

“We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment ”
