“My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing stay at the “Post Office”! It was just as advertised and more! It is so unique, you have to experience it to appreciate it! “The property is new and clean. The view of the ocean is lovely and it was very quiet there. It is very close to the main house so not sure how private it would be if someone was staying at the main house at the same time especially since the window facing the main house has no shade. The kitchen is well stocked but wish they had some non stick pans. The listing states that there is a dishwasher but that is not accurate. There was none. “We had a great time staying at this location. The listing was correct. Everything was clean, well thought-out, and thorough. The layout of the space was funky (as are most old houses in Maine) but useful. We had no issues with heat, water, electricity, internet, or anything else. Cabinets, shelves, and drawers were labeled for ease of finding things. It was well-stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, and the like. Appliances were functional.
