「Excellent property for our girl's weekend in NYC celebrating my friend's 60th birthday. We had 7 in our group and had plenty of space in this beautiful, clean brownstone on the Upper West Side. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had great communication from property management. Would definitely stay here again with a group.」

「Loads of room. Six adults stayed here in cozy comfort. Locarion is highly desirable. Easy access to everything from museums/central park uptown, festivities and shopping midtown, shopping/ walking/sightseeing downtown. Plentiful choices of restaurants within three or four blocks - ranging from bagels to steaks and oysters. Photogallery of this property accurate.」

「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

「The hotel suite was larger than I expected. The staff was professional and friendly. The noise from the residential families was a minor nuisance. The halls, elevator, bathroom and common areas where dirty. No hot water or tea bags at breakfast.」

「Overall, the property itself is fine. There is construction right in front of the property so it makes it seem darker. It also takes away space in front of the hotel which is small to begin with. Small lobby on one side where you check-in which all of the staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. There is a larger lobby area by the elevators but there were too many Time-Share Sales people which made it a little congested at most times during the day. They take up a lot of space...
