「What a treasure we found! Everything was fabulous especially the staff and the breakfast. The room was large and comfortable and we were even able to pay for parking on-site. I highly recommend this little gem.」

「Walking in the first thing I notice was the rooms were extremely small. No biggie. But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult....

「We stay there for two nights, the WiFi wasn’t working which was pain,toilet cistern was leaking water at the first night, we have to turn off the tap on the wall, it was repaired the next day. Our room was facing the street, it was annoying whenever cars passing by at the night, apart from that the hotel services was good, the girls at reception were kind and helpful , the location of the hotel is quite central 」

「We had a very nice stay and will return. It was surprisingly quiet at night, considering the location on Geary. Parking was easy - we were able to drive out to dinner and park again. The staff was terrific - the young man checked on us an hour into our stay - an unusual touch. The room and bathroom were very clean! We did not have cups for water or ice, but I could have asked.
