「Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. 「The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. 「It doesn’t look like much from the street. I almost passed it by. But once inside, I sm glad that I did not. This place is beautiful, quiet and in a very nice neighborhood. I teach at least once a year. I will definitely stay here again next. Also can’t wait to bring my wife here.」
