「Excellent」

「Unfortunately our booked apartment accommodation was unavailable due to a gas leak. However, we were moved to a nice double room and given free breakfast to make up for this. We were also offered 50 % of dinner but the available dining slots were extremely limited so couldn't use that. It was a very comfy hotel, with a great shower, a pleasant mile walk to Keswick. I'd definitely stay again」

「If you are looking for a quiet and out of the way place to stay then this is definitely it! Part of the old farm house I guess, the cottage is very well appointed even to an air fryer. There is also a lovely garden. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, hopefully longer next time, we will return…..」

「Lovely cottage in central Windermere. The cottage is very close to the train station and central to all the shops and restaurants in Windermere. The cottage is very well appointed with lots of books and brochures about the area. We found this super helpful! Everything was super clean, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. We highly recommend this cottage for your vacation stay and would definitely stay here again!」

「Big house with great sized rooms and plenty space for our 15 adults and 5 children. Hot tub was great. Living space/bar area very roomy and open. The owners were very flexible with the Sunday checkout times which was nice of them. The kitchen is a professional kitchen (for the weekday BnB purpose I guess) so not quite the social space that you're used to in a more traditional house. One of the bedrooms does have a particularly un-private toilet in it, which may trouble some people. But overall,...

"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks. I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced. Staffs are not really friendly. "
