Perfect for families or groups, with 4 bedrooms throughout, and multiple lounge areas to gather and play both indoors and out. There is also a kids "playroom" on the bottom level, and private work area / reading lounge upstairs.

With expansive views of Red Mountain, and natural light throughout this home is the perfect location for your Glenwood getaway, and a Valley treasure all are sure to love!

The Space:
This is our family vacation home, that we have styled and personalized to share with you. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

Main Level:
- Bright dining & living room with TV & fireplace
- Well stocked kitchen & with breakfast table & barstool seating
- 2 queen sized bedrooms
- 1 shared bathroom & shower
- Wrap around porch, with outdoor seating, gas grill & fire pit

Upstairs:
- Master queen suite, with bathroom and balcony overlooking the golf course.
- Lounge seating loft area with gas fireplace, overlooking the living room
- Office / study area with stunning Red Mountain views

Downstairs:
- Large lounge,TV & play room (with Nugget!)
- "Kids Room" with a full bed / twin bunk-beds, books, toys and games
- Full bathroom with tub & shower

Parking:
- This space fits 4 cars max in the garage and driveway. We do not allow parking of heavy machinery or large RV’s.

Guests have access to the entire house, front and fenced in back / side yard.

Other Things to Note:
A few notes:

- Please confirm your guest count when booking and account for all guests. If additional guests stay without being included on the reservation, this will incur a $50 per person, per night charge.

- PET POLICY: We welcome pets, and allow up to two well-behaved dogs as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival, and the $100 pet fee is paid. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $1000 fine. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), please keep pets off of furniture, and dispose of your pet waste. Please follow these rules and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!
 
- We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will be responsible for the entire bill for mitigating against the damages the smoke has caused including, but not limited to: deep cleaning of the home and professional ozone treatment.

-For your safety, there are 2 security cameras on the exterior of the home. One in the driveway and one on the walkway leading to the main entrance.
 
- Colorado is home to the Elm Seed Bug, a harmless little bug similar to a fruit fly that sneaks into every crack and crevice in homes. We have professional pest control and treat the home often, but given how many Elm trees are in the area they do occasionally sneak in!
