「We stayed for a few days whilst visiting family in Manchester and Sheffield. The location was perfect for this! Extremely quiet but very accessible. We appreciated the space of a house, for two people (and a dog!) and also the fact that we were able to book for the exact dates of our stay.Warm (temperatures outside were around zero) and comfortable (very comfortable bed!)Very well-equipped kitchen … just missing the means to make fresh coffee!Definite recommendation from us!」

「Excellent big house for a large group with 3 separate entertaining areas, a beautiful open plan kitchen and all amenities provided. The table tennis table went down very well with the children and big children alike. The only minor suggestion would be to provide more toilet roll but overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to other families looking for a modern clean getaway.」

「It was a very peaceful spot set back from the road. The car wasn't parked on site but finding a spot on the road was easy and walking up to the cottage was guided with directions very clearly explained with photos by the host. The cottage was very secluded, clean and well equipped with a very detailed guide available to both the facilities and places to go in the area. Comfy bed, great shower, cosy lounge. My partner has had a stroke and walks with a stick but was able to cover the distance from...

「Well thought out cottage design very well presented but testing for size - just an extra 5% of space would yielded 20% increase in convenience and enjoyment. Hosts and neighbours are excellent. Parking is unusual but workable. As a couple (one Aussie and one Aussie born in Yorkshire) we really enjoyed our time at this cottage and would highly recommend it. Walk to village is 10 minutes and huge number of attractions within 40 mins.」
