Wonderful space in a great location

This was such a great find - brand new renovation of a spacious apartment half a block from a lovely beach. Host was welcoming and communicative. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Great location

This location could not be better if you are looking to spend some time on the beach, as well as in Rockport and Gloucester. The unit is very clean and well equipped. The parking is easy. Overall a great stay.

The condo was a great space for our family! It was clean and relatively well/maintained. We had members of all ages 15-89, the condo accommodated all of us comfortably! The convenience of walking such a short distance to the beach was amazing! The kitchen had exactly what we needed. The sweet little deck was perfect for a bit of fresh air. Overall a fantastic experience!

The property was in a good location, about a block away from the beach. Private parking spot. Newly remodeled some areas appear to still be under construction but not bothersome for the stay.

The properties location to the beach is awesome, I walked every morning on the beach as the sun came up. The parking and location to your room is a definite plus, even though their is no elevator, I'm 75 and was in a second level unit & was just fine. Lucas did everything to accommodate my stay, plus was able to extend my stay upon my request. The only issue I had was the TV. but because I'm not very tech savvy, I look at that as being my ignorance. Overall, I was extremely lucky to locate this property. I return GOD WILLING to Gloucester, I would definitely return to this place. MORNING COFFEE OFF MY DECK CAN'T BE BEAT. A

Beautiful condo with a great location!

Our family recently visited Gloucester for the first time and we were so impressed with our rental. The condo was clean, much bigger than expected and beautifully decorated. As an added bonus, the beach was just a short walk away! Lucas was easily reachable and reached out to make sure we didn’t need anything. We can’t wait to visit again!
