「Stayed for two nights as a stop over whilst going homeward. Wanted to have a look around the area. Room was small but adequate. Clean with en-suite shower. Ate in the dining area of the pub both nights and enjoyed the food. Informal but friendly service by all, and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Recommend a walk to the canal and then the walk to Gloucester on the tow path. It’s well paved and flat and about three miles.」

「The property description on Expedia listing was misleading. The description referred to a private bathroom. I am unsure how even loosely the term private bathroom can be used when it’s shared by all guests. Surely this is a shared bathroom. No towels provided either. If this was accurately disclosed we would have never booked at this accommodation. The beds were comfortable and room was warm, breakfast was good but it still remains that we were disappointed with the description and would not...

「The most fabulous service from the hotel staff I have ever had with the wonderful scenery view!!! Surprised experience to see deer and foxes in front of the hotel!」

「Good breakfast, spa jacuzzi jets weren’t working rooms quite bland」

「The Judges lodgings are in a great location for visiting Gloucester and nearby Cotswolds. The size of the apartment was perfect for our family and had all of the amenities required, even included shower gel, hand wash etc. The beds were not the most comfortable and we didn't bother using the single fold up bed. We were disappointed that there was no freezer in the apartment, which is useful when you are self catering. Also, we had 2 cars and parking was only available for one car. We paid for...

「The hotel’s proximity to the train station and the availability of a microwave oven are positive aspects. However, the lighting in the room is inadequate, especially near the door. Furthermore, the dark-colored carpet makes the room appear even dimmer. The room’s price is quite high, likely due to the Cheltenham Festival.」

「When I checked in i went via the PUB entrance and the owner was a bit surprised to see an Indian family having booked into their century old pub. The pub itself is mazing, very well maintained with old beams and stones and cozy tables and corners. The rooms are on first and second floors with everything you can wish for. Large comfortable beds , sitting chairs, standing shower everything. The staff are helpful and polite and they offer a sumptuous breakfast( paid separately). Placed very...

「Room was lovely and clean and we had a modern bathroom. Staff were very friendly, food was excellent and service was great. Parking was easy and cheap (6 pounds I think) and the property is gorgeous. We had a room upstairs which was fantastic, our friends had one down the corridor which was different and not as nice. The only thing was the bed - it was extremely hard and impacted our ability to sleep well. If there was a topper or a different mattress I would stay again in a pinch, or just stay...

「The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and with all the expected amenities. There were no staff on site (the key is left in a lock box). I stayed on Monday night, the restaurant is closed on Mondays (hence no interaction with staff). Unfortunately, I did not sleep very well at all due to the loudness of a generator which kept me awake all night. It felt as if I was sleeping inside a helicopter. I left the room early in the morning because I was fed up with the noise and I had...
