But only one confirmation number - because it was all under one account - confusing because they only pulled up the name & not both rooms -fully booked no avail rooms - the other party had to go to another hotel - I gave them the other persons name & they found the room. "The facilities were in need of a cleaning and renovation. The general manager was unhelpful and charged me $400 because I had a dog with me even though it clearly states online “pets stay free.” I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Stay in a newer hotel. Skip this one altogether. Not a good place to stay. "

"This place gets the job done. No frills, not fancy, but a tremendous location. Came into town for the weekend to go to urban air and then Sahara Sam’s waterpark. Both places are awesome, highly recommend. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a lot of weird extra space. I had just stayed the weekend before in New York City and my hotel room was about the size of a cruise ship room, so the bathroom was huge and we had a balcony looking at the pool, which was obviously closed for the season. Breakfast was fine, beds were comfortable, not a luxurious spot, but that’s not what I paid to get. Would recommend. There were some sketchy looking patrons around, but everybody was nice and friendly. I mean, we were in the armpit of America. Respectfully."

"The ironing board was broken. I asked for towels and they never came until I went out for the day and came back. First day there for breakfast was Saturday morning. We went down an hour before it was supposed to be over and there was nothing there but sausage patties and waffles. Everything was pretty much empty. It was like they closed or just stopped preparing anymore food for that day. We just went out to eat. The attendant was very nice older African American man and was very apologetic. He seemed as if he was truly sorry and wished he could have changed it. Not my usual experience at all staying at a Hampton Inn. I was not pleased but made the best of it. I learned later in my stay that they are short staffed. That needs to be addressed to prevent tarnishing the reputation of the hotel. I'm not saying I won't stay again but it was definitely not the same. The front staff some were pleasant others looked at you like they had an attitude because you had a complaint. "

Clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated with all the necessary amenities. Location was easy in and out for our sojourns. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with."

"We were in the area for soccer at Tuckahoe Turf Farms and needed a kitchen instead of a hotel room due to food allergies in our family. This was the perfect location for us, nearby stores and the fields, plus close enough to Philadelphia to make a quick trip into the City. "
