「Host messaged me after booking and told me his place was actually unavailable but would not cancel my reservation because he would get charged by vrbo. Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. He essentially passes on the fee to me in doing this given the cost of my time to obtain this refund. Do not recommend. 」

「The place was clean and comfortable enough for us. It was easy enough to get to the various places in Baltimore we wanted to go to. The block itself in which the apartment is located is rather industrial, with a garage next door. Also, you can hear the person upstairs walk and anything they drop makes a loud sound. 」
