"The hotel is very pretty and clean. The location is great for enjoying the Ohio Star Theater, Sugar Creek, Walnut Creek and Berlin. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely sitting area on the second floor, as well as hot drinks, water and snacks, as well as a very nice library off the lobby on the first floor. Breakfast was very good. Our experience was excellent."

"The 1st room we had was not clean. The couch bed was full of crumbs. They nicely changed us to another room and it was very good. The hot tub wasn't bubbling when we turned it on and there were ants along the pool. We liked the breakfast and still had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly."
