I initially thought it was just my room, but others in our group had the same experience across three different rooms. If the beds were upgraded, this would easily be a 5-star stay. 」

I'd also like to see more fruit as this site only offered apples. The rooms and the facility could have been cleaner. I ended up wiping down items in our room. The vinyl couch was sticky and after wiping it down with cleaning solution and towels that I received from staff, the rag was black. There was a large stain on the cloth chair. The...
