「The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....

「I could not say enough good things about this hotel. I would recommend it with no reservations. because our fishing tour canceled on us last minute, the hotel helped me make arrangements home early. They helped me exchange all of my Belize, money into US dollar, so I would not lose out on being able to exchange considering we left on a holiday and the bank was closed. 「We had an exceptional one week stay at Bella Vista at the end of December. There was a tiny bit of confusion initially about our included breakfast since we booked through a third party but they sorted it out quickly and to our satisfaction. Linda is an outstanding member of the team, she really goes above and beyond to be helpful and kind.
