“Just as described, the beautiful restoration was secluded and quiet and close to Concord and Contoocook. We stocked up on local farm goods at the nearby Dimond Hill Farm. The house was well stocked in linens and the kitchen, and activity shed. We even had a cute baby porcupine grazing nearby as we had some morning coffee by the fire pit.”

“The house was immaculate and the neighborhood was peaceful. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed dining on the back deck, using the firepit at night and cooking in the well supplied kitchen. My husband even got to explore the pond using one of the kayaks. Overall fantastic experience.”

“This house was perfect. It was clean, and well equipped. Beautiful location. We found so many nearby fall activities. And the foliage was peaking, everywhere was beautiful. The Intervale Pancake House next to Pats Peak has a great breakfast. Hikes in Fox Forest. I enjoyed sitting on the dock in the morning with my coffee and the evening with my wine. If you’re looking for a not too far fall getaway, this place is what you want! Thank you Tim!”

“We enjoyed our cabin. Only a couple of concerns: the air conditioner was old and never stopped running (it didn’t interfere with out sleeping) and the shower was more of a mist instead of a spray. My wife was afraid to wash her hair. She was concerned about being able to wash out the soap. However, we would consider staying there again if we were in the area.”

“We used this house as a base for a for a week long Mother-Daughter-Granddaughter get together.
