Good apartment and location.

Stayed here for three days on vacation, but unfortunately, we both wound up getting very sick, so we barely left the apartment. It was convenient having a shopping mall on the ground floor of the building.Owners were stingy on the toilet paper and paper towels, though. We ran out of both.Bed was very comfortable, as was the rest of the apartment. It had a great view.

A spacious apartment, clean though a bit dated, but the location in central Surfers Paradise and the beautiful ocean views make up for it. The guy who met us there to give us the keys was a bit rude and brusque, which spoiled our arrival a bit.

Centrally located with a plethora of eateries directly beneath the towers, choice was premium. The lagoon pool was great fun for the family. The room was executive level in presentation however several small maintenance issues were present.

Underwhelming

The location is ok and the pools are nice for kids but I don’t like staying in places that have holes punched in the walls that are poorly patched up and a place that if they had say ten basic things would dramatically improve your stay.

We are happy with the property overall. The boys had their own beds and bathroom. We enjoy the views from up high. Having extra facilities like swinging pools and sauna in the building was handy. I am glad my husband was there with me. If I was alone I would have needed the host to actually guide me through to the car park door ect as it wasn’t that straight foreword with instructions. Once we figured it out it was easy. I was looking to having sauna there. It took me four days to find out that I could actually access the sauna room through the changing room while the indoor pool was under maintenance (the gate to the indoor pool and sauna was closed). I wished a clear note was posted on the changing room door for new people. This is not the host’s fault. However when I asked her when would the sauna be re open, she responded it was closed. Overall, thank you for a lovely stay for our family vocation in Gold Coast.

Wonderful escape

Close to everything! Clean and lovely check in experience. Just please do not take little ones in the shower as the temp went from scolding hot to freezing cold constantly so very dangerous for little ones. There is a bath.. that’s the only negative and I don’t think that’s the owners problem more so the body corporate.

Great Location

This apartment was well located in a complex with secure parking, a lot of convenient facilities, pools BBQ's, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants with the beach a short walk away. May was an excellent host with great communication and very helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and with ocean views from the balcony. Highly recommend.

Good for the price

Overall we were happy with the accommodation. Pros - Handy to shops, cafes, pharmacy & supermarket on the lower floor. Although not right on the beach we still had a balcony view of the water. A couple of minutes walk to Cavill Mall. Free secure parking, wifi, air conditioning, decent kitchen, washer & dryer all helpful in a family unit. Supplied a rollaway bed for our 3rd child which was really helpful - often accommodation for 5 is tricky to find. Nice swimming pools & grounds. Cons Bathroom dated and quite grotty. We used the clothes dryer & because it wasn't vented, it made the bathroom quite damp - this is not healthy, causes mould etc. Very uncomfortable couch. Overall we were happy with the accommodation for what we paid for it, it's not 5 star and doesn't advertise as that but certainly a decent 3 star place.

Fantastic apartment

We loved this apartment! It was spacious and clean and had beautiful views. With 2 young children we ate in a fair bit, the kitchen had everything we needed and the apartments facilitates were excellent. Our girls loved the lagoon pool and playground. The location was also perfect with shops, restaurants and beaches all within a short walk. Highly recommend this apartment. May the host always responded promptly and was easy to Communicate with.

Holiday for three

The property over all was fine, however the whole time we were there the aircon was broken. Over the New year period so it was extremely hot and muggy. The curtains we slightly sorter then the windows and not block out whatsoever, so in combination of the light and heat, we didn’t get much sleep. The property owner was as helpful as possible, however the building maintenance lacked.
