The perfect place to stay for your next holiday , very close to the beach and walking distance to everything , Trams , buses , and the main part of the Gold Coast , Olivia ( the owner ) was very patient with me as I have no knowledge of computers but she made it so easy for me, unit had great views of everything to see in the Gold Coast and kept very clean nd tidy ,

There is an outdoor nightclub outside the room a few floors down. Was really noisy during the night into the early hours. Bathroom smelt of cat urine.

Leaking water from kitchen sink, strong smell of cat urine in bathroom, broken ironing board spoilt my stay, upkeep of Property was poor.
