Centrepoint 是一家在Gold Coast有一定歷史的 Apartment，整體室内環境開始陳舊，但基本設施還是齊全的，但空調太吵，如果夏天必須開機時就基本不可能入住。位置雖然不是在海邊但附件店鋪吃的地方都非常方便。

The room is enough big to a family. Also, you have a big kitchen to cook what you want. Also, the place is near to the suffers paradise centre. I think it is a good hotel.

Great spacious budget accommodation

2 bedroom apartment was spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped. Only negative was kettle was old and needed upgrading. We were makin baby bottles so had to go buy one. Was great having 2 bathrooms. And ensuite plus main. Budget style but comfortable. Carpet needed upgrading but wasn't a deal breaker, was still clean. Close to beach and shops. Would stay their again & recommend it.

Spacious and central

The apartment was definitely dated and could do with a revamp but more than adequate for the price. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities and found the location to be very central.

family getaway to bustling surfers

Fantastic location. Went in June/July so cold and chilly out so great to have heated pools indoor and out. Spa was way too hot though. The room itself was facing the hwy so got a fair bit of traffic noise...sirens through the night etc. Asked for one on the other side but they had none available. The kitchen needs a good check over in that there was a mixed variety of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery. Need new frypans, no tongs etc. plates dirty. Easy walk to Cavill Ave and mall area...lots of restaurants to choose from. Would def stay again but insist on a room not facing the roads :)

四月に5日間利用させていただきました。 一番安いお部屋で予約を入れたのですが、17階中、16階のオーシャンとリバーが楽しめる素敵なお部屋でした。 また利用したいと思います。

Great location, bad service, not self contained

Our overall stay was enjoyable due to the convenient location and price, BUT the service we received from the staff was dismal, and the equipment provided in the room was less than ideal for SELF CONTAINED accommodation. PROS- The pools were nice, games room fun, free parking a bonus, pleasant décor, recently renovated bathrooms, within walking distance to everything. CONS- The oven had no temperature indicators, no baking dishes, the frying pan was un-usable and we requested a replacement which was even worse! Chopping board was disgusting. All dinnerware was chipped. Can opener didn't work. Knives were as blunt as my hand. The broom and vacuum cleaner were used by the tradies which were full of dust/concrete. No mop bucket. Couldn't get to the laundry sink as the door did not open enough. The balcony isn't safe, and the windows have no security screens to stop children falling out. We were advised by staff to buy anything else we needed!Oh and remember to bring your own toilet paper as it isn't provided!! The reception was barely open and the afterhours number went to a callcentre. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU INTEND ON STAYING LONGER THAN 2 NIGHTS AND WANT TO COOK.

One week stay turned into only OVERNIGHT!

We checked in and as we walked into our apartment there was a strong odour of freshly painted walls which was over bearing and definitely needed airing for at least a week or two, having a toddler with us and also expecting didn't help. After leaving the apartment for a few hours on our return we were greeted with a Cochroache on the bench top which I killed instantly! I reported this to reception the next day (as it was closed Sunday) and was told the room had just been fumigated, obviously not a good enough job. After our first night at the apartment me and my partner woke up with rashes on our hands and arms (bed bugs? I don't know)..This was the last straw, we we've lucky enough to get another accommodation booking not far away which we took straight away. We kept our keys for this Centrepoint so kids can swim during the week. We returned Thursday, while outside admiring the views my toddler was holding onto a rail and as he pulled away from it the actual rail came off leaving gap wide enough for him to fit through (we were on level 7) this Freaked me out and I reported it to reception ASAP. A plastic board was brought up to cover the gap but we didn't go back on that balcony after that! I'm sure this place has had positive ratings and our meant to be one week stay was just bad luck! On a positive note the kids enjoyed the fun rides that were a block away from the apartment.

Nice hotel great location, great rooms spacious.

Stayed a week loved it, a couple of minor things to mention, decor could be updated eg: bed covers, shower screens need a good clean, update rug in lounge area and update chair covers. However saying that we still loved it and would definatley stay there again. Great price, great location great facilities huge apartment.

The location was perfect it was never beach shops

It was awesome cause one of the days it was raining but it was great that the indoor pool was their for my little girl. Just the only thing that they could improve on is the mattress and pillows and also have a DVD player.

Great location, lots of space!

Perfect location, 2 minutes from everything in Surfers. Loads of space in a well appointed appartment. Loved the balcony and pools :-) A great stay!
