Great location with heaps of room lovely pool plenty of every toilets great showers and heaps of lounging spaces. Overall a great place for a big family.

Lovely stay. The place was great, location and space was brilliant. The back deck needs some repairs with some rotten timbers and the house needs some general maintenance however everything else was great.

Gold Coast Family holiday

Great location. Grandchildren & adults loved pool but water caused painful eyes. Fishing and kayaking was great. Few small maintenance issues but overall a great experience.

Something for Everyone

This property had fantastic amenities. We fished off the back deck (fishing rods and tackle supplied), swam in the pool (floatie toys and pool noodles supplied), and relaxed on the back deck. Our group enjoyed exploring the canals with the two supplied kayaks and life jackets. The large lounge area had ample seating, the kitchen was well stocked, and the games room/5th bedroom with toys, games, and xbox is great for kids. It was a convenient location to shops, restaurants and night life. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Great property

The property was great and the maintenance team were fantastic but Luxico were not good to deal with. They were helpful on the phone but only one out of my 5 calls was returned. Someone was supposed to meet us at the property on arrival and never showed up and then after a few phone calls to them they gave us the code to enter the house and told us someone would come and see us to show us around the house and it was another no show. I feel sorry for the owners of the property paying all the money for poor management. The maintenance team though are really good we had a ceiling fan fixed within 6 hours of reporting the problem.
