Stayed for a weekend with friends at Le Beach. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the heated spa and pool as well as being given a relaxed check out time so we could enjoy our departure day more

Older block. Pool area and spa are great and good condition. Units all look generally in good condition. Had one with great view out to beach. Would be nice if the owner (29) put in some new beds and oven ( would give it 5 star on that basis). Handy to beach and good spot half way between Burleigh and north Burleigh. Would recommend.

Fantastic family friendly apartments that had everything we needed.. Boys loved the morning swims in the pool. Great views of the beach to wake to every morning and drink a cup of coffee on the balcony. A short walk to shops and a hop to the beach and parks for kids.

Great location and clean. Spacious apartments, but rather worn. Everything functional though. Major let-down is service levels. Reception closes at 12 on Saturdays when check in opens at 2pm. They are supposed to provide a welcome amenity kit, but aince reception is closed, they don't. This ia something they could easily fix, but just don't. There are loads of rules on what you can and can't do

Old dated stained furniture needs replacing. Felt the place was superficially clean and needs a deep clean . Had to remove spider cobwebs dust and muck before closing the blinds . Behind bedroom curtain that was drown I wouldn’t like to say when that was cleaned. Coughing due to air con. Pool and barbecue are looked nice. We booked and paid 2 nights and left the next morning after the first night
