Friendly staff. Place was nice and clean and spacious. Unit was well supplied with everything you need. The only down point is the pillows are as hard as rocks. New pillows would make a better sleep. Lots of traffic around so a little noisy with the doors and windows open and sometimes tricky pulling out of the driveway with parked cars blocking your view.

Clean and comfy

Very clean, plenty of space, kitchen has everything you need. Great to be able to do some laundry and they provided washing powder and a clothes horse for drying on the balcony. The only negative was the smell of cigarette smoke from the permanent resident in the unit below ours - it permeated the stair well and we could smell it from out on our balcony. Not ideal for non smokers and when you’ve got kids. Besides being a bit dated, it was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed for a family. Close to beach, playground and coffee. Secure underground parking was a great bonus too.

treasure hunt

The only issue was a lack of air conditioning, which given the area could be seasonally uncomfortable on high temperature. The location, comfort, and cleanliness was world class. I'd say it was a hidden treasure.

Great location!

Great location and spacious apartment. All the little things were provided, eg washing powder, dishwasher tablets, spare toilet paper, cling wrap, with plenty of crockery and cutlery, to make our stay over the week feeling like a home away from home. Noise from highway a little loud, but unable to hear with windows and doors closed. This could be problematic in hotter weather as no air conditioning. Pool clean and we loved the security of the lock up undercover garage. Managers accommodating to our early arrival.

Tired apartment in convenient location

The ground floor apartment was very dated and tired. It was affordable for our family of four when other accomodation during the Commonwealth games was so expensive. It was a good location for getting public transport into Broadbeach and Surfers but was noisy being on a main road.

Close to Tallebudgera Creek/beach

While the apartment is a little outdated, the location more than made up for it. It is a fully equipped apartment so your able to cook your own food and do your own laundry. Perhaps the queen bed we had probably needed replacing as it was a bit soft for our liking. Club Talle is across the road if you want to have dinner out, apart from that you would have to get get food delivered. The apartment is a short walk to Tallebudgera creek beach and also walking distance to burleigh national park if you wanted to do some hiking. As these are apartments you will have neighbors and unfortunately if they are noisy you will hear them. The host Gail is friendly and was kind enough to contact us and let us know that our unit was available early if we wanted to check in earlier. Overall we had a great and comfortable stay. We definitely will be staying here again.

Nice place

My wife, niece and I stayed for 2 nights during our quick visit. There was a check-in delay but it wasn’t a big deal for us since we were hungry and got a bite to eat. The apartment is very nice and has everything one would need. The location is within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants. I would stay here again if we return.
