During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”

“Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Jedoch ist die Musik, egal ob Vormittags am Pool oder Abends, zu laut. Die Essensauswahl ist sehr gut, jedoch beim Dessert ist in der Qualität noch Luft nach oben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sonderwünsche werden nach Möglichkeit gerne erfüllt. Unbedingt ein Zimmer/Suite mit Meerblick nehmen.”

I got some spa treatments and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. Book your vacation for next season, don’t hesitate. Yes, if you want to see Crete, you’ll need a car- but we loved driving and there are many wonderful places to stop and visit if you have the flexibility of a car. And we enjoyed not being in the busy town on many days. We couldn’t……

“很愉快的入住經驗！我們被upgrade到海景套房，景觀真的很好！樓下就是熱鬧的海邊，雖然我們住一樓，關上窗就已經聽不到外面的熱鬧了，隔音做得好好呢！房間有點小，但很有設計感~ 設備都很好，好喜歡~ 距離巴士總站走路要上十五分鐘，我們淡季前往的，沿車路走夜晚很靜很暗但安全的，沿海邊走就比較熱鬧光猛。”

“Vi hade i ärlighetens namn inte förväntat oss ett 5-stjärnigt hotell och det lever det inte upp till heller. Hotellet är lite slitet men servicen och engagemang att hjälpa till var det inget att klaga på. Vill man hänga vid poolen så är det trångt så vi valde att betala en slant för solstolar och parasoll vid hotellets strandläge och där finns dryck och snacks i baren vid stranden. Dryck och snacks ingår om man bokat all inclusive. Helt ok hotell för oss. ”

“Keskeisellä kadulla, kuitenkin rauhallinen allasalue ja pääsy rantaan. Rantapyyhkeet. Varailijat varailee aamuisin parhaita paikkoja, aika paljon aurinkotuoleja kuitenkin. Otimme vain aamiaisen, koska paljon ruokailumahdollisiuksia lähistöllä. Hyvät sängyt. Ilmastointi toimi. Erikoismaininta: todella pahaa kahvia!”

“Min fru och jag firade smekmånad på hotellet inder två veckor. Vi hade städning alla dagar under vistelsen så renligheten var på topp. Det är väldigt mycket folk på hotellet med sina 240+ rum men det fanns ingen brist på personal. Vi bodde i ett relativt litet rum med med personlig pool vilket var räddningen när alla trängde sig runt poolerna (3st)”
