「Beautiful location, fun neighborhood to explore, pleasant light breakfast served on a tray to your room every morning, hot drinks available day and night at coffee stations, sweets at the front desk, wine, cheese and crackers in the lobby every evening, fresh chocolate chip cookies before bed. Very comfortable bed, large room with a view and a balcony. Large bathroom with tub and shower. Will stay there again!」

「Room is super clean and cozy. Price is reasonable. The location is great and far away from sketchy areas. Staff is super helpful and friendly. One thing that people always ignore but their house keeping service is the best I’ve ever had in the US. Definitely a great deal and will stay there again.」

「Very nice boutique style hotel in the heart of Downtown Oakland. Near Lake Merritt along with countless restaurants, shops, and public transport. The room was cute, plush and comfortable with new linens, courtyard was super cute. Staff was friendly and even provided pre-check in which was seamless. Would definitely stay again!」
