“Amazing place to stay in Sebastian. Walking distance from several restaurants, including an Italian restaurant with the best garlic rolls we've ever had and some of the best pizza! We took a few day trips out to Sebastian Inlet State Park and saw dolphins, manatees, crabs, a sting ray and lots of fish. We think snorkeling there will be better in the summer time. Our place was well equipped with any kitchen items one would need and beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were a little bit……

“I never be book a room in this hotel, the place is dirty and nasty, sorry but I have say it. the first room the toilet it full of S....t I have take a picture and showed the Lobby attendant, the second room nasty, someone vomit and the housekeeping never clean the are, the shower dirty, toilet with nasty thing that I was to do it by my self clean, I can't ven take a shower. Please demo and build another hotel there. Nasty experience. ”

“This hotel could not be located in a more ideal location to enjoy the beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment! They save prime parking spots for guests! The enclosed green area was perfect for kids to play and people to gather and relax. ”

“I booked and paid for two nights. The first night was fine upon arrival. There was a baseball team in town and these rowdy young men were boisterous and I got no sleep until they finally stopped screaming and playing music at 1 am. At midnight I really was wide awake and irritated. The next morning all the staff was talking about the disturbance. I went to the front desk and checked out because I had a room for two nights. The man behind me at the front desk apologized profusely and he was……

“Unprofessional front desk clerk. Leo’s stalking cars running people information through NCIC database for no reason. Leo’s driving through parking lot with no lights on at all almost causing an accident. At 9:30 pm-10:30 pm this happened on 2/26/2026. All around poor experience. I should not receive a call asking who I pissed off due to fact my info was ran more than 10 times in the short span of 4 days. Do better. ”
