“The AC is very noise”

“The hotel itself was lovely. The pools, lazy river and hot tub area was especially nice and well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were great!! Communication was lacking. The resort is huge! There were no signs as to direction of the elevators or layout of the facilities. The staff at check in never gave any direction as to how to get around. For the most part they were not friendly. The valet parking people were not very efficient. When we asked for our……
