The home is unique and could be quite nice with TLC. Description needs updating.Bathrooms listed not as described. Hours prior to arrival text came that 1 toilet was unavailable. Shortly after arrival, a second toilet malfunctioned. Repair help requested which occurred the following day, compensation requested & denied.Repair was done to 1 of the 2 toilets and access to a different toilet was granted. Parking- we were unaware that other guest also use this home. This made parking challenging. We worked it out with other guests to accommodate one another. There were no parking details mentioned in listing nor knowledge of other guests on property. The master shower stopped draining once and the shower faucet had a constant drip. This was resolved quickly.Upon arrival the only one trash can available.Toilets repaired on day 2, & trash cans were provided then.The single beds in one bedroom don't have the correct support under mattress. Both of the teens sleeping here were falling through, either at their feet or their heads. Pictures to come.The kitchen door to outside may be unlocked. Didn't want to break it finding out for sure.Kitchen chandelier will shock you- safety concern, electrical issue.Upon departure- gate closed and padlocked. Owner states gate still opens. We didn't find this to be true.It appears it's the first time this home has been rented. Many changes need to occur before next rent agreement. There are housing options with better rates nearby.
