「Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay!」

「Loved the property and the room was perfect. Location was two blocks off State St and so quiet! Easy to walk everywhere from the beach, Funk Zone, shopping and restaurants. The room had everything we needed with thoughtful touches like a first aid kit and white noise machine. The room was very nicely decorated and looked brand new. Very happy with our stay!」
