“Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Here are the PROS: - LOCATION: Very safe, great location, close to everything you need in town. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Only a 3 minute walk to the ferry to Portofino, Cinque Terre, etc. - INTERIOR: Very nice, modern, clean, spacious, well-appointed space. Everything works. - COMMUNICATION: Owners/managers are very friendly and helpful. There is also a very helpful binder with a ton of information on the kitchen……

“It was everything I expected, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Keep in mind, we did not cook any meals or use the garden, we slept, explored the area and had a few cocktails in the evening. It’s about an hour drive to Cinque Terre. “距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程 這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓 不難找到 由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡 有非常古式的電梯 民宿內共有五間房間 住的非常寬敞 也很乾淨 有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點 但到傍晚 就有許多餐廳開始營業 餐飲有很多選擇 比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多 大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳 附近也有許多商店可以閒逛 但不會營業到太晚 週圍環境很寧靜舒適 ”
