「We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. The hotel is very loud. We were above the restaurant and could hear the music all day and we could hear people in the...

「We had a wonderful time here. The location is very central, only a few minutes walk to great food, shopping, and the waterfront. The manager was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. He gave us lots of recommendations of what to do in Santa Margherita and Portofino, and we had a fantastic time following his advice. Thank you!!」
