“It was very easy to access! The communication was clear! Not a whole lot to do for check out which was good! They had a stocked bathroom with shampoos and conditioner and body wash also! Bed was very comfortable and loved the kitchen! We didn’t spend a whole lot of time there but we loved the neighborhood! Very safe gated community! Would definitely stay there again! Was a great getaway for our honeymoon! ”

“MLB Spring Training Trip to see 6 MLB games in one week all over Phoenix. Most of game at Goodyear with close location to the house. Loved the patio, hot tub and firepit. Kitchen well stocked and appreciate the gas grill with extra propane tanks. Big pots in kitchen very useful.Nice bedrooms and beds (little soft). Extra pool towels good touch.”

“This VERBO is immaculate. The owner was attentive to our needs. The backyard putting green was a big hit. The televisions were huge , which made watching March Madness fun for our group. It has all you need for a week of Spring training baseball for the Cincinnati Reds or the Cleveland Guardians. It is an easy 15 minute walk to Goodyear park, saving on parking. There are dozens of food and activity choices in the area. Highly recommend ”

“This location was ideal for us, only about 5 mins. away from friends who reside in the same area. Nice area and quiet neighborhood. The casita (bedroom with en suite bath facilities) with a separate entrance on the main house was fine for a weekend stay. King bed was very comfortable with several pillows each. TV was good. Keurig coffee maker (which we found with a leftover pod and water in it) was nice, with plenty of pods to use; but the only 2 creamers available were flavored which isn't my……

“We enjoyed our 4 day stay. The house was exactly as described and communication with Curtis was quick and easy. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The hot tub and pool were both clean and heated. Check in and out were both easy as well. We found the location of the house to be perfect for us. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to the grocery store, gas station and only 25 min to the airport. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we are back in the area. ……
