“We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. ”

“We loved the location of our house to the beach and town center. House was perfect for 2 people, little too small for 3. The front porch was a perfect place for morning coffees. We would definitely stay here again!!!”

“Nice apartment for my sister & I to visit Folly Beach. Super close access to the beach. Ashley Ave can be very busy & a little loud at times but that did not put any damper on our visit. Owner was super sweet. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The property is on the first floor of an older Charleston home with a nice little porch to sit on. Everything was as described and pictured. It's a very convenient location with multiple restaurant options within one block. Property was clean and maintained. The neighborhood was good for taking a walk. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. There are some minor concerns that a future renter needs to be aware of, mainly the noise of whomever is staying upstairs. You can hear……

“Location was great. The shower needs some work. Dishwasher needs fixed it sucked washing dishes on vacation. Over all it was a great stay besides that.”

“This property was perfect for a girls trip that included 11 women. The 2 kitchens made food prep easy. 5 bathrooms were the deal maker! Front porch sitting was very nice. The property manager was very responsive. Extra offsite parking a few blocks down the street was easy to access. I would stay here again.”

Don't judge the interior by the building exterior. A perfect retreat after busy days in Charleston. The owner of this studio knows how to take care of guests! We will definitely stay here again. ”

There is lots of options to eat around the area, and it’s fairly secluded near lots of other hotels. it’s easy to find right off the highway A good central location if you are vacationing in Charleston. Having access to a full kitchen helps save money on eating out. I would recommend if your trip is 3 days”
