“The door code wasn't provided in the emails/texts. The host never answered my calls and I had to call VRBO directly. After 20-30 mins, I was sent the code. 60% of the lights and sockets within the room didn't work. I would not recommend the offsite property mgmt company for this location. ”

“1) The access code to get into the unit was not received on time. It was not received until after reaching out to both the host and VRBO at about 4:35 pm. 2) The heater plug as well as the outlet it would be plugged into in the bedroom were severely damaged and unusable. I also think this is a safety concern as per the picture I sent previously and will include in this review if able to do so. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need, making it so much more convenient than a cramped hotel room. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided beach chairs and towels, it made our beach days effortless.
