“The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. ……

“Condo was on the beach. and had everything we needed. Nice and quiet area. We walked to the convention center in about 12 minutes. Would stay again.”

“The room was fabulous! My only complaint would be the parking situation. My car was 1 inch too big to park at the hotel carousel, so we had to park at a nearby parking garage. That ended up being very expensive!! And I was afraid to walk back to the hotel from the parking garage by myself in the dark. ”

“Overall it was great for the price. My only issue was that the bathroom had not been cleaned before we got there. Everything else was very clean and accommodating.”

“When we got to the room the door that went straight out to the street from the room was open. Anyone from the street could have walked in the room. We could not get it to close and stay close and we could not get it to lock. I called and emailed the property manager. Who did get back in touch with me after I had got someone off the street to help me. I had to go outside on the street and get a stranger to lift the door up, and I had to pull on it from the inside to get it to lock. I was not……

“We enjoyed this quaint place with our dog to ring in the New Year. It is a great location, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our host was responsive and friendly. She checked in to make sure that we had everything we needed. Having the little fenced yard was a great perk. This is a large home that is split into several units so you share the property but it was still very private for each unit. Definitely would stay again. ”
