「Was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate a birthday with family. Beautiful home and location. Appreciated all the prompt communications as well. Highly recommend for a peaceful stay on the river. Our two retrievers loved it as well 」

「Beautiful setting. House was great. Well stocked. Floors could have used some dusting. We had a wonderful stay!」

「Yes we enjoyed the Scenic view everything was great except some of the throw pillows and the big swingon the patio was filthy. We had to flip over the padding in order to sit on it. I left a cardboard box inside the house we forgot to remove it I apologize for that.We was on the road when I realized we forgot to put it on the back on the truck. We cleaned the house and put everything back like we found it.Thank you for sharing your home with my family Lawanda 」

「The property was beautiful, the house was clean. I brought alot of dishes because some places I've stayed have had minimal supplies but they were well-stocked. There were only 2 things that were of mild concern- the grass around the fire pit wasnt mowed so we were nervous about snakes, and when we arrived the trash cans were full already so we had to keep trash in the house. Overall a great stay. 」

「Great location to walk to Ball Ground downtown for coffee shop, shopping etc. House is very spacious with great kitchen and den area with plus comfy throw blankets to use while watching movies. Nice front and back porch as well. 」

「The house was clean, neighborhood nice, and good outdoor area to hang out. We stayed for almost a week so we cooked and grilled- the place could use more kitchenware- silverware, bowls, hand towels, mixing spoons, etc. Overall the stay was pleasant. Also, the property management was quick to respond. 」

「We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious, beautiful, and the host was incredibly accommodating. We stayed busy with golf, hiking, the walk-up beach, and relaxing in the hot tub. We even visited a nearby winery with fainting goats! Seeing deer and a few bears made it all the more memorable. Highly recommend!」
