「Everything was excellent」

「100% the best breakfast of our trip so far. We were informed that there was a wedding party and could experience noise-- but we barely heard a peep. The staff is so kind and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Lovely staff, very friendly. Room was far too hot and air con only blew out hot hair despite being on the cold setting. We were on the lower ground floor so we couldn’t open our windows properly without having the curtains open which meant people walking down the side street could see directly in to our room. One of the windows was locked too. Bar closed early and would only serve bottled wine or beer. 」

「Lovely, spacious and clean room and easy to park at hotel. Staff were friendly and hardworking! We ate in the bar and would recommend it - in particular the steak pie was execellent. Great breakfast too - and a good choice! Look forward to staying next time we're in Aberdeen. 」

「The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes 」

「verything was just right with the room and service, except disturbing noise for the band performance from the bar till 12:30 midnight .It was a very popular bar down down stairs wih crowds till then. cannot sleep before that.」
