“Clean room ”

“Clean room. Hearty breakfast and lovely helpful staff.”

“The roommates is modern, clean and comfortable. The issue was the loud noises from above the ceiling, probably heating/water system. This happened at 11pm and 2am, which woke me. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy. Dinner and breakfast were nice. ”

“Room was a disabled room should not be allocated to people who have not requested it. Toilet was like in a hospital and had a strong very off putting smell Was allocated as many rooms in the hotel were out of access due to problems. Could not provide an alternative room. Hotel should have contacted us to give a chance to decline a room like this we would not take. It is quite incredible they would expect you to be ok with this when you are looking for a pleasant stay. Poor sound proofing also……

“The staff are very nice and helpful, service is good and the room is clean and quiet, my room is facing the sea, it's very good.”

“The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes ”
