“We really enjoyed the secluded location. It felt just far enough away but also easy to get to the cities nearby. We had a few issues with bugs, but nothing unexpected for mountain life. The kitchen was well stocked and the wifi worked surprisingly well during our stay. This was great for our girls trip and we would definitely come here again!”

The hostess was responsive from the moment we booked and provided all the info we needed to make it to this mountain top cabin on the VA/WV border. Came looking for a place to gather our offspring and families together while we were in VA for a wedding. We were out with wedding festivities much of the time and wished we had more time to just relax and enjoy the premises. Grandson enjoyed looking for polywogs in the pond and roasting marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit. A little out of the way but we really enjoyed the outdoor space and……

“The house was beautiful. There is no turn around in the driveway but it did fit 4 cars. We had to back out but it was not difficult at all. The bedroom in the loft has a door. There are two "windows" that overlook the living room but does not have glass. You could not see in the room from the living room. I would not report this as a negative. We had 5 couples (5 sisters with spouses) and the house was perfect. There was plenty of seating in the living room and also downstairs in the game room.……

“The property is very nice and as advertised. Very spacious and in a quiet, remote location. Went hiking nearby one day and just stayed on the property to enjoy the amenities another day. About 20 minutes from town where you can get all your supplies if you're just looking to stay on the property for the stay. Our entire group enjoyed it and would recommend it to others.”

“We really enjoyed the property. It was clean. Internet worked well. Washer and dryer was nice. Too cold to enjoy the hot tub for me. My suggestions are a new shower head, thank goodness I didn’t have to wash my hair. The flow is too spread out and not enough to efficiently rinse as you shower. Second is a cheaper Kcup machine would be nice. Traveling with ground coffee is not really ideal for a quick trip away. Third thing I suggest is two beach towels (minimum) for the use of the hot tub.
