“High ratings from reviews made me pick this place, but upon arrival at 3 am, I felt like it was a hostel. The bed was tiny, the bedding itchy, and noise began at 6 am, as it’s on a very busy street, with car horns and alarms. I went to the meager breakfast across the street at their somewhat swanky restaurant and was only able to eat fast, as my tour began early. I was about to leave with a banana to go, and was told by 4 waiters, that I could not bring food from breakfast. That was the banana……

“Check in was smooth. Front desk staff very accomodating. View of the ocean is stunning! Lobby is emaculate. Room was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Breakfast was great! Thank you again Pullman for accomodating my last minute stay! I've been coming to this hotel since the early 2000's. Never disappoints!”

“The cleaning staff were absolutely horrible. I had to beg for towels and cleaning products. However, the reception staff were helpful to restore some sanity. They went above and beyond to aid me during a GI illness during my trip. Kudos to them! Should fire all cleaning staff immediately. They were rude and obnoxious.”

“Great location accessible to the city, business like atmosphere in staff and lobby, nice clean spacious rooms. Breakfast could be improved slightly with more selections but was very good already. Finally, very nice pool next to outdoor lounge. Overall, 5/5 hotel for very reasonable price point.”
