「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「We are very grateful for the efforts of the hotel colleagues. Due to schedule constraints, the hotel allowed us to check in two hours early on the first day. On the last day, due to schedule constraints, after returning from the Red Route, the hotel still arranged a place for us to shower so that we could continue our trip. We are very grateful for their hospitality. If we visit Cappadocia again, we will still choose this hotel.」

「The room was nice and spacious with pretty decoration. It is located close to the main street so it is very convenient but it can be quite noisy at the evening (had to sleep with ears plugged). 「This is truly the best place to stay in Cappadocia. From the front desk to the breakfast staff, everyone was incredibly accommodating and attentive. They helped us arrange airport transfers, allowed a late checkout, and made everything feel easy and thoughtful. What stood out most was the breakfast. Everything was made with organic, local ingredients, and you could really taste the care behind it. I can’t emphasize enough how much we enjoyed staying here.」
