「The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend! 」

「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「酒店員工熱情友善，會主動幫忙拿行李，離開的時候也有主動幫助。浴室空間夠大，乾淨整潔，風景優美，早上可以去天台拍熱氣球照。沒有漱口水杯牙刷牙膏，記得自備，酒店位於斜坡之上, 上斜有點辛苦。早餐美味多樣，整體住宿體驗很好。」

「We are very grateful for the efforts of the hotel colleagues. Due to schedule constraints, the hotel allowed us to check in two hours early on the first day. On the last day, due to schedule constraints, after returning from the Red Route, the hotel still arranged a place for us to shower so that we could continue our trip. We are very grateful for their hospitality. If we visit Cappadocia again, we will still choose this hotel.」

「房間很乾淨、舒適，還有非常有味道的裝潢和露台。早餐非常豐盛，選擇很多樣外，老闆會不停現作蛋捲和煎餅餵食大家，每天早上都吃很飽，充滿元氣。最重要的是，老闆們都非常熱心友善，最後一天要去搭夜巴時還特地載我們去巴士站，受寵若驚。真的大推！」

「老板热情可爱，刚好中秋在土耳其，和老板一起喝酒很开心。每天的早餐都可以期待，全程酒店住下来，哪怕的五星酒店的早餐都没有他家的早餐更有诚意。新鲜美味，每天都有改菜单。早上去看热气球也是绝佳的位置」

「非常にアットホームな雰囲気のホテルでした。 立地 中心部から約7-8分歩きますが、十分便利な立地だと思います。また非常に静かです。 スタッフ とてもフレンドリーです。 部屋 清潔でとても整理整頓されています。 歯ブラシセットが無かったので、持参をお勧めします。シャンプー類はありました。 朝食 決して豪華では無いですが、十分ですね。テラスの景色が良いので、帰宅する日は、チェックアウトまでずっと朝食会場で過ごしました。」

「这是一家位于格雷梅小镇观景平台下方不到3分钟的步行距离的酒店，在那里可以一早可以看到热气球和俯视全镇，早餐是半自助的，房间很温暖，设施很齐全，是春节土耳其之行中性价比高的酒店之一，值得推荐！（唯一不足的就是通过酒店咨询热气球和走线活动的价格相对比较高，大家可以货比三家）」
