I had a great stay! The hotel was budget-friendly, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering great suggestions since it was my first time in the area. The room was clean, recently renovated, and very comfortable. I appreciated the easy breakfast in the morning, which made starting the day simple. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up adding an extra night to my stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the pool hours a bit later—after a long day of hiking, it would’ve been perfect to relax with a swim. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent value!

Nice place to stop for the night. Had a good restaurant a couple of blocks away, so easy to walk to supper. Hotel had a small laundry area, so was able to take care of that chore after being on the road for a week. I think the only complaint would be the very small breakfast area. It was quite crowded.

TV did not work pay $250 was promised a $40 refund then was later to in the morning that I can only receive a $20 refund first she tried to lie and say I must have unplugged the TV, but my friend was next-door and his TV was doing the exact same thing so once I proved she was a liar then she only offered to give me $20 back. This is a complete scam and rip off at this hotel.

Front desk didn't tell me not to put my cards near my phone or they would be deactivated. So at ten p m I found out my door carts weren't working. We had 2 shower towels for 4 adults. And they never came in to clean in between our 2 day. Stay or give us new towels plus never told me that we weren't getting the room cleaned in between.

1500 characters isn’t enough to go in depth about this terrible experience. I took my wife here for her birthday as a quiet and relaxing getaway for us- but will never return or recommend this place. Bullet points will have do: - only 1 set of linens was provided for 2 guests and when we asked for extras for the pool and hot tub they only would provide ONE towel each.. - there was disgusting clumps of hair/dust/trash and leftover belongings under our bed including an entire container of hair gel someone left behind, but clearly they don’t vacuum or clean under the beds - the pool and hot tub both had a disgusting film of algae growth the bottom of them visually AND physically- it was also incredibly dimly lit to try and cover this - the office man had a party in the room DIRECTLY next to us- loud music and men most of the night- dominoes delivered the next AM, etc. - why put us next to your party room!? - our bathtub and shower had tiny black hairs all over it- there was a film of grossness on the bottom of the tub, - free breakfast?! Try borderline banana bread bananas, soft apples, old waffle mix and sour pancake syrup, there was no saying on the waffle stuff by based on taste it wasn’t within its best by date. Also no tongs or utensils to handle bread items for toaster- just use your hands and dig in! To end in short, we received better hospitality by the local buffet down the road than the actual hotel we paid to receive hospitality at. 0/10 do not recommend!!
