Only had one rude experience with Eloise at the front desk 😒 Anabel was extremely helpful and polite so was Andre thanks to them,,I would look for them for questions during my stay, Eloise could use some customer service!!!! "Excellent, spacious, modern room. No early check-in but they stowed my bags. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Offered a take-away breakfast when they found I had to leave before breakfast! "

"Friendly reception staff, we arrived before check in time, our rooms were ready so we were able to go straight to them which was great after an early start. The view over the marina was stunning. The breakfast experience was lovely - good choice, eating outside in the sun with the view over the marina/sea, and pianist playing. We were given a flower each on our departure day, a nice touch. The only disappointments were that my daughter was unable to borrow an iron, which was bizarre- often there is one provided in every room, or at least one is available on request - and that the water in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was quite cold. The sauna however was lovely. The bedding was good quality as were the blackout curtains, making for a good night's sleep. "

"Loved it all, comfortable giant bed, lovely heated pools etc but my only complaint was the lighting in the room, there was nowhere to put makeup on at all!, I had to buy a ready lit mirror in the local IHop shop but there was nowhere to put it, I think women like to look nice on holiday and this was disastrous for me but that was the only complaint."

"This is a great hotel right in the centre but very quiet . Staff are very good , helpful , friendly and had quite a few conversations with them , whoever is managing this hotel knows how to pick the right staff. Room was really good with balcony , air con etc.There is an amazing roof top area with plenty of sunbeds , an infinity pool and Resturant bringing your food and drinks out to you all with a great view facing the sea. There is also an indoor pool. Walk to harbour is about 5 to 10 minutes. "

"All lovely - winding down for the end of season. Needs a bit of TLC - hair dryers quite old and overheat quickly so you need patience! Staff really friendly and helpful."
