「Comfort Inn and Suites in Hadley was the perfect place to stay on our way back to Boston. Our room was clean and large and had everything we needed. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and the elaborate breakfast spread was an extra treat. I would definitely stay here again in the future. 」

「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「I don’t like this place. They are friendly but I don’t like it. 」

「Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. 」

「The photos don’t do this place justice! We got in and asked if we could extend our stay! It’s all about the small touches and this place had no shortage of them. They called me to make sure I understood after hours check in. My family and I were walked to our room. We got the suite that looked over the falls. It was spacious, modern, and had more than everything. Family friendly for sure. Breakfast was the nicest and locally sourced continental breakfast ever and was in a cozy gathering room....

「We normally rent homes but scheduled last minute, and none were available. I thought this room with a mini kitchen would be the next best thing. It was very clean and well designed — honestly we walked around and took note of how savvy someone was in considering what people would really need. 「We had an excellent experience. The location was convenient for our needs, clean, and tastefully done. It's excellent value for the area. It must be said that a younger traveller will probably be more comfortable with the low-touch approach (text check in, code-locked doors), but they've clearly made an effort to be more accessible to a traveler looking for something more traditional. 」
