“What a beautiful, clean, well appointed, home. Decorated very nicely. When you walk in the door, the view blows you away. The location is great, within walking distance to Boulder View Tavern (yum!!), and very close to Big Boulder Ski Resort. You can see the slopes from the living room. About a 15-20 minute drive to Jack Frost. There is a nice walking path around the community. Bedrooms- very comfortable! The primary bedroom has a king bed that was very comfortable, television, and full bath.……

“My family spent a great weekend staying at David’s condo. The place was IMMACULATELY clean, well stocked with essentials, cleaning supplies and even coffee. David was super attentive to all our questions and needs. The condo is a close walk to the slopes which was great - we could go home for lunch or breaks and get right back on the slopes afterwards. “When we walked to the owner's property on the 3rd floor in the evening with our heavy items, including groceries for dinner and water, we found the baggage of others and the TV turned on. We asked the owner about the situation, and she said she got double booked because of some errors by Vrbo. We had to find other accommodations to stay at the spot in front of the building, shivering in the cold, with our starving three kids. We called Vrbo but were put on hold for over 30 minutes. “Everything you needed was there - we didn't get the linen package (thought $230 for a weekend was a bit much, but understand why), so we brought our own. There was plenty of games, pool table was decent to enjoy (some are very cheap) layout was great. Only complaint, not everyone was able to get a "hot" shower, but with every shower running, understandable that the hot water would run out. Called host and it is a new hot water, just need to space out shower times a bit. Plenty of bowls, pans,……
