「I really wanted to love this place because the location is beautiful, but I left feeling pretty disappointed. The biggest surprise was that there aren't actually any natural hot springs you can visit or soak in. The resort uses pumped in hot spring water, but it had a noticeable chlorine /chemical smell, so it didn't feel like the natural hot springs experience I was expecting. The resort reopened recently after being closed for several years, but honestly it doesn't seem like much has been...

「Second time we've used this property for our organization's annual retreat, with 40 people. It's just about perfect. Not great for people who struggle with stairs, but otherwise it is a great place.」

「No fridge, No microwave, No coffee pot, Not iron board. $12/day to park on the street while constantly reupping the meter app every three hours.. When I complained the next day they said I could have parked 2 blocks away t the train station. The room was VERY small. Enough for a Queen bed and about 18 inch to walk around.. that's it. The "desk" was a night stand with a foot rest for a "chair". Very poor for a traveling business person with medication requiring refrigeration. Left a day early on...

「The room was clean, really big tv and the beds adequately comfortable, nothing super fancy but just what you need for a relaxing stay. Fridge in the room and coffee maker but no microwave which would have been nice. They do provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Loved the Therapy pool and cold plunge. Also sat outside at the fire pit one evening which was nice to chat with other guests. The nearby restaurant at the golf course Isadore’s was great for happy hour. Loved our server Rylan. Also...

「The room was fine and the bed comfy, but the place could use some maintenance. There was a big gap under and around the edges of the door, and the electrical outlets should be replaced as our chargers kept falling out. The location was great for our stay, and with a little bit of love this could be a wonderful place to stay. Would book again if improvements are made」

「The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.」
